1.   What ingredients are in your products?

     We use all natural ingredients, and are cruelty-free.  Products are made fresh upon request in small                 batches to ensure freshness and quality.  

     

     Bath Soak:  sea salt, botanicals, botanical essences

     Bath Scrub:  sea salt, plant oil, botanical essences, herbs, botanicals, castile soap, hemp, vitamin e                   Hand/Face/Body Cream:  aloe, coconut oil, flower essences, and vitamin e.

     Hair Drops:  plant/nut/seed oil, botanical essences, Vitamin e.

2.  How long does it take for an order to be shipped to me? 

     It usually takes between 7-10 business days unless you order priority via U.S.P.S.

3.  Can products be returned?

     To ensure your safety, we have a no return/no credit/no exchange policy.

     We inspect and insure our products prior to shipping.  We do provide sample of our beauty products so         that you may try before you buy - just email us to request samples.  If you run into problems, use our               online form to contact us or leave a message by phone.

4.  Is All Dolled Up/Definition of a Woman your only collections?

     No.  We feature different collections.  A collection available now, may not be available again until a                  later date.  We are always evolving.  Please note:  We have things that are unique in nature that are not           on this website.  The only way they are viewed are through our one-of-a-kind trunk show open to anyone       who desires to see the items first hand and keep them.  They can be purchased at that time.  Watch for         our mini trunk show collections for  the low cost of $50 (valued at $100+).  All products to be resold by you.

    

5.  What else do you create by hand?  

     From time to time, we create natural one-of-a-kind  tote bags, accent pillows, jewelry, note cards,                   art lap quilts, and more - all available as one-of-a-kind.  When we create items, we use rare and unique         materials that may be antique, imported, luxurious, or hard to find.  Our creations feature materials                 that are natural such as metals, semi-precious gemstones, silk, or from the ground or sea.  We may also         feature unique, vintage and antique items created by others - known and unknown.

     

6.  Can I sell your bath and body products?  

     Yes, in your home, business, salon, or boutique.  Just purchase a demo kit from the fine luxury products on       this site priced at wholesale cost; then resell them at retail cost by clicking on the buy now button found         at the bottom of this page.   Demo kit(s) consist of a full size 1.52 oz Bergamot-Rose Bath Soak,

     1 oz Hair Oil, and 1 oz Bergamot Body Cream ($22 value).  You may also order other fragrances or                       products off of our Etsy webpage at: Etsy.com/shop/RougeAndPetals - prices are as listed.  Our mini                 boutique is surely unique!  Don't delay, we can't wait to hear from you.  If you find that you do not wish to         order by debit/credit card online, but wish to order by money order or cashier's check, please go to our         contact page and send us a message along with your name, address and phone number and we will           contact you as soon as possible.

 

7.   Do you give to any charities?

     Yes, a percentage of each sale goes toward our Sassy Doll/Mocha/Woman Defined/Onyx business
